AguaDios is an exquisite Ensamble artfully curated from a private family relationship in Jalisco, growing organic Blue Weber Agave with quite possibly the highest brix content ever achieved. Over 45 years in the making, from planting to bottling, this extremely unique offering represents one of the rarest Tequilas ever made. 

Sourced from one of the last family owned rancheros in Jalisco, going back five generations, naturally fermented, 100% additive free, and hand-crafted from 15-Year, 8-Year, 6-Year, 3-Year and 2-Year expressions, initially aged in both the volcanic highlands and valley below in French Limousine Oak and White American Oak, then finished in 400 year harvest Japanese Mizunara oak barrels. This elite grouping is then re-blended to create an otherworldly flavor profile and aptly named “AguaDios” - water of the gods..
